Prepares designed drawing according to standard design code using Auto Cad, Staad Pro, Etabs or other tools as necessary for civil & prefabricated steel building.
Checking of drawings & design documents provided by outside consultants & comment on any kind of discrepancy for civil & prefabricated steel building
Provide necessary design related information’s & codes to outside consultant whenever necessary.
Oversees the timely achievement of milestones for design & analysis within the allocated budget & time.
Undertakes feasibility studies of project locations and develops the design accordingly.
Analysis of rates for different civil related works.
Prepare BOQ as per drawings and certify accordingly. Budget to be provided whenever necessary.
Ensure periodically visit work site to verify works being carried out as per drawing / design.
