Job Responsibilities

• Execute electric arc and acetylene welding on construction materials, including shutter, props, machine parts, metal structures, fixtures and fittings
• Oversee production, monitor job progress and ensure achievement of target with optimum costing
• Ensure optimum capabilities of product by designing feasibilities and testing methods
• Coordinate maintenance and repair service of the machineries and welding equipment
• Manage material purchase order for shutter and adjustable scaffolding steel props, spare parts and welding materials
• Conduct failure analysis and cause analysis on welding issues
• Establish and ensure all safety procedure and precautions for the workers and equipment
• Prepare necessary production reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and share with relevant stakeholders
